Jean Olivencia has extensive experience in operations and administration, currently serving as an Operations Specialist and Grant Administrator at Rockford Park District since April 1996. In this role, Jean manages the Capital Asset Management Database and the Parks Database while providing critical support to senior management in financial reporting. Prior to this, Jean worked as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk at Sutherlands Lumber from 1988 to 1995, handling inventory and merchandise records, and as a Shift Manager at Burger King Corporation from 1982 to 1988, overseeing store operations and staff management. Jean holds an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Rock Valley College, which was completed between 1996 and 1998, and has also completed general studies at Suomi College in Hancock, MI.
