Lee Betts

Lee Betts is a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at AQ Wiring Systems Rockford since May 2010, Lee Betts has previously held roles including Engineering Director, Engineering Manager, and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included driving innovation, managing engineering projects, and expanding business opportunities in military and non-military areas. Prior experience includes over 21 years at BAE Systems as a Senior Electrical Engineer, focusing on customer requirements and ensuring compliance with standards. Lee Betts holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Communications from Leeds Beckett University and both ONC and HNC in Electrical Engineering from Kitson College of Technology Leeds.
