Brad Hughes is the VP of Acquisitions and Development at Rockhaven Homes. Brad has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on land acquisitions for commercial and residential developers. Brad has also provided clients with a broad range of real estate services that include site selection, due diligence, financial analysis, cold calling, tenant/buyer representation, and market analysis in all asset classifications. Brad is a skilled negotiator and has successfully negotiated leases for both landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial properties.
