Ford McLiney

Ford McLiney is an experienced diving coach currently serving as the Assistant Diving Coach at the University of Pittsburgh since July 2024, alongside Head Coach Katie Kasprzak, focusing on developing collegiate-level divers. McLiney is also the Head Diving Coach at Rockhurst University, leading the team to significant achievements, including four top 8 finishes at the GLVC Championships and an NCAA D2 National Championship Qualifier, while implementing effective training regimens. Prior to coaching, McLiney held various roles in business development and sales, notably as a Business Development Manager at AstraWorks, where responsibilities included managing a client portfolio in the Power, Renewable Energy, and Design/Build sectors. Other roles spanned sales and account management in the sports, retail, and construction industries, with early experience as a Recruiter at Aerotek. McLiney earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in 2015.
