Cindy Wall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and systems management within the healthcare sector. Since October 2012, Cindy has served as the ITS Business Systems Manager at Information Technology Services of Rockingham County, where responsibilities include EHR implementation, systems support, revenue cycle management, process improvement, lean workflow management, and involvement in the Quality Improvement Council and ERP implementation.
