Dylan Stills

Dylan Stills is a seasoned professional in the food service industry with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Cafeteria Manager at Rockingham County Public Schools since September 2023, Dylan provides nutritious meals for elementary students. As the owner of Stills Family Farm and Pollock Stills Consulting, Dylan leverages firsthand knowledge of operating food and beverage establishments with limited resources. Previous roles include Breakfast Cook at Hyatt Place Harrisonburg, Outlet Manager at The Sebastian - Vail, and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Aramark, where Dylan contributed to staff training, inventory management, and enhanced guest experiences.
