Mike Bowen

Mike Bowen has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career in 2003 as an Account Manager at Mountainside Software and worked there until 2006. Then, in 2006, they joined Rockingham County, VA, as a PC Network Technician, and later served as a System Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, Deputy Director of Technology, and currently holds the position of Director of Technology, which they have been in since February 2023.

Mike Bowen earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Management Systems from Longwood University. Mike attended Longwood University from 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Jacksonville State University from 2012 to 2013.
