The RHSPCA is a nonprofit, open-admission animal shelter serving The City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. We accept every local animal that comes to our doors and do our best to find each pet a loving forever home. Our shelter relies heavily on community support to maintain our lifesaving programs and keep our pets happy and healthy while they wait for their families.
