Chad Covelli

Chad Covelli has a strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on actuarial work and leadership positions. Chad started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Farm Bureau Financial Services in 1999. Chad then joined American Family Insurance in 2001 and held various roles, including Staff Actuary, Homeowner Lines Manager, Specialty Lines Manager, and finally Auto Pricing Director. In these positions, they were responsible for pricing procedures, implementing new programs, and predictive analytics. In 2015, Covelli moved to Elephant Insurance where they served as Chief Actuary & Head of Pricing and later became the Head of Claims. Chad was instrumental in improving the company's loss ratio while growing the auto insurance portfolio. Currently, Chad Covelli is the Chief Operating Officer at Rockingham Insurance, where they oversee operations and previously served as the Vice President of Insurance Analytics.
