James McGann

James McGann possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Data Services Manager at Rockingham Insurance since January 2021. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Millers Capital Insurance Company from August 2008 to January 2021, including IT Services Leader, Application Development Manager, and Project Manager. James began their career at PHICO Insurance Company as Project Leader from April 1985 to September 1996. Academic background includes two Associate’s Degrees from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Schuylkill in Computer Science and Business Administration and Management, obtained between 1980 and 1983.
