Lou Pugh

Lou Pugh's work experience includes a role as a Vice President of Claims at Rockingham Insurance starting in 2017. In this position, Lou is responsible for managing the financial performance of the Personal Lines Claims department, overseeing staffing and budgets, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements. Prior to this, Lou held various roles at Rockingham Insurance, including Claims Operations Manager and Claims Supervisor. Before joining Rockingham Insurance, Lou worked as a Property Field Adjuster at State Farm ® from 1997 to 2002. Lou also served as an Electrician Civil Engineering in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1996.

Lou Pugh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Troy University from 1975 to 1980. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership, followed by a Master's in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from American Military University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020.
