Lou Pugh's work experience includes a role as a Vice President of Claims at Rockingham Insurance starting in 2017. In this position, Lou is responsible for managing the financial performance of the Personal Lines Claims department, overseeing staffing and budgets, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
