Kelly Adams, PCM, CDMP, has extensive experience in marketing and communications across various organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at Rockingham Insurance since December 2021, Kelly supports the company's mission. Previous roles include Outreach and Communications Specialist with the City of Harrisonburg's Public Works Department and Marketing & Pro-shop Manager at Heritage Oaks Golf Course, where Kelly focused on community engagement and enhancing customer experiences. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Mortgage Professional at First Citizens Bank and Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo. Kelly began a career in communications as the Communications and Resource Development Director for the United Way of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University.
