Teresa Comer, MBA, CIC, AINS, CISR, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Data Services Manager at Rockingham Insurance since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing the IT Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Testers. Teresa has held various roles within the company, including Commercial Development Manager, Business Requirements and Test Manager, and Policy Services Manager, as well as overseeing the Associate Underwriting and Customer Care units. Prior to Rockingham Insurance, Teresa worked at Banta Book Group as Billing Supervisor and Human Resource Generalist. Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration from James Madison University and multiple degrees in Management and Human Resources and Business from Virginia Tech.
