Zach Slater is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as an Actuarial Associate on the Capital Forecasting Team at Fortitude Re since November 2019, specializing in long-term forecasting of the company’s balance sheet and income statement within Bermuda's statutory and economic frameworks. Prior to this role, Zach worked as an Actuarial Intern in Valuation at Legal & General America, where responsibilities included updating financial reserve reports for various life insurance and annuity products. Additionally, Zach has experience in education as an Academic Tutor with Clayborne Education and as Campus Staff with Reformed University Fellowship. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from James Madison University, earned in 2016.
