Jamie Kempton

Jamie Kempton has extensive experience in communications and journalism, currently serving as a Writer/Consultant in the Campus Communications Department at Rockland Community College since May 2013. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as a Journalist and Public Relations Consultant as a self-employed professional since May 2010 and held the position of Account Executive at Madden Communications/Focus Media from March 2008 to May 2010. Jamie's earlier career includes additional freelance work as a Journalist and Public Relations Consultant from May 2004 to March 2008, as well as a managerial role in Firmwide Communications at KPMG from July 2000 to May 2004. Jamie holds a B.A. in English from Bucknell University and an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
