Nancy Koester

Nancy Koester has extensive experience in institutional research and effectiveness, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Rockland Community College since October 2015. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as an Office Manager and Tax Preparer at H & R Block from December 2014 to April 2015, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service and providing tax preparation services. Earlier positions included serving as Research Manager at the Community Research Institute at Grand Valley State University (August 2010 - December 2013) and as an Evaluator at the University of Colorado Denver (January 2006 - August 2010). Nancy holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology from North Carolina State University, completed in 1988.
