Sachie Hennadige

Sachie Hennadige is an experienced sales and brand operations professional currently serving as the Head of Sales Offtrade at Rockland Distilleries (Pvt) Ltd since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sachie held the position of Brand Operations Manager at Trident Distributors Private Limited, where strategies were developed to enhance brand presence and increase market share through effective customer engagement and retail acquisition. Sachie also gained valuable experience as Sales Operations Manager at Idea Group Limited and held multiple managerial roles including Senior Assistant Manager of E-Commerce, Senior District Manager, and District Manager at Singer Sri Lanka PLC from 2010 to 2022. Sachie holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from London Metropolitan University, completed between 2018 and 2019.
