Brian Griffin has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Brian began their career at Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company, where they completed a management and credit training program and gained experience in various retail and commercial banking roles. In 1998, Brian joined First International Bank as a Vice President and focused on underwriting commercial loans with credit enhancements. Brian then moved on to Boston Federal Savings Bank in 1999, where they served as a Vice President and was responsible for driving commercial loan growth and contributing to the overall growth and eventual sale of the company. Since 2003, Brian has been working at Rockland Trust Company as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager in the Commercial Banking division.
Brian Griffin attended Westfield State University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration. Brian later pursued further education at Williams College from 1990 to 1992, specializing in Banking and Trust Administration at the New England School of Banking.
