Dave Phelps

Dave Phelps has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Dave is currently a Senior Vice President and Group Head of Asset Based Lending at Rockland Trust, a position they have held since December 2023. Before joining Rockland Trust, Dave held various roles at Salem Five Bank, People's United Bank, and Berkshire Bank, where they gained expertise in specialized lending, middle market lending, and relationship management. Dave'sexperience spans across different levels of management, demonstrating their strong leadership and expertise in the industry.

Dave Phelps earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Boston University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Skidmore College from 2004 to 2008.
