James started their career at Fidelity Bank in 1984, where they served as a Supervisor in the Financial Division until 1987.
From 1988 to 1989, they worked at First Fidelity Bank as a Credit Trainee, participating in their Formal Training Program.
In 1990, they joined Marine Midland Commercial Finance as a Credit Underwriter for that year.
