Jeffrey Tengel began their work experience as an Executive Vice President at National City Bank in 1986, a position they held until 2010. Jeffrey then joined People's United Bank, N.A. as a Senior Executive Vice President in 2010 and became President in 2018. Finally, in 2023, Tengel became the Chief Executive Officer at Rockland Trust.
Jeffrey Tengel obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University from 1980 to 1984. Jeffrey then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1984 to 1985.
