Justin H. Deshaw

Justin H. DeShaw has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Justin H. currently works as the Senior Vice President at Rockland Trust since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Lending Officer at Centreville Bank from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the bank. Before joining Centreville Bank, Justin worked at Citizens Commercial Banking for 12 years as the Senior Vice President/Market Manager - Corporate Banking. Justin H. focused on Middle Market companies and played a key role in underwriting, portfolio management, and credit approval processes. Justin began their career at Bank of America as the Vice President - Asset Finance and then worked as the Asst. Secretary/CFO at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Justin H. started their professional journey as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1993.

Justin H. DeShaw holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they completed from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Policy Management and History from Dickinson College, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Apart from their degrees, Justin has also obtained additional certifications including an Executive Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School/Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in 2007, and they completed the Fleet Bank Commercial Analyst Training Program offered by Fleet Bank in 1999.
