Chad Becker

Chad brings over 20 years of experience and leadership spanning finance and treasury. Prior to joining Rockley, he was vice president of financial planning and analytics at Tuft & Needle, the direct-to-consumer division of Serta Simmons Bedding. From 2017 through 2021, Chad was assistant treasurer at NetApp, a Fortune 500 data management company, where he led capital markets and treasury operations. Prior to NetApp, he served 11 years at Microsoft in key roles, including capital markets, corporate finance, and investments.

Chad holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. He currently serves on the board of trustees for the University of Arizona Foundation.
