Maisie Nicholson currently serves as Chef De Rang at House of Tides since March 2022, while also holding the same title at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort from February 2020. At Rockliffe Hall, Maisie Nicholson has transitioned through various roles, including Chef de Rang, demi chef de rang, food and beverage team member, and conference and banqueting team member, demonstrating a diverse skill set and extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
