Valentin Calin Catana has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, primarily at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort. Valentin Calin started working at the resort in 2011 as a Sous Chef and later took on the role of Brasserie Head Chef from August 2016 to August 2020. In September 2021, they became the Events Head Chef at the same resort.
Valentin Calin Catana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
