Kelsey Kummer

Kelsey Kummer serves as Director and Associate General Counsel at Rockpoint, a position held since January 2022, after previously holding the title of Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to Rockpoint, Kelsey worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a Managing Associate from April 2017 to December 2021, providing legal advice on real property investments, joint ventures, and related transactions. Kelsey also gained experience as an Associate at Dechert LLP from October 2015 to March 2017, and was a Summer Associate at both Dechert LLP and New York Life Insurance Company. Kelsey Kummer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain & Information Systems and Economics from Penn State University, along with a study abroad experience in Spanish Language and Culture at Universidad de Sevilla.
