Jose Celorio

Jose Celorio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

From 2021 to the present, they worked as the Director of Business Intelligence at Rockpoint Legal, where they led the design, delivery, and maintenance of the Business Intelligence strategy to support institutional goals and advise the CEO.

In 2019, Jose served as the Research Director at Madison Inteligencia México, overseeing research development and analysis to generate intelligence reports for risk prevention and identification of opportunities.

From 2013 to 2018, Jose worked at Esten consulting firm as the Business Intelligence and Marketing Director, responsible for customer experience and business intelligence diagnoses in both private and public sectors.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they were the Technology Director at the Government of the State of Puebla (Information Center), where they implemented and integrated databases, Geographic Information Systems, Azure, and Software Development to create intelligence systems for risk prevention and opportunity detection in the public sector.

Earlier in their career, Jose served as the Marketing Leader at Camelot Games, a videogame retailer, where they developed marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. Jose also worked as an IT Consultant at UDLAP Consultores, focusing on usability and accessibility in e-government, e-commerce, and e-economy.

Jose began their career as an Executive Assistant at Instituto Técnico de Comercio Exterior, a consulting firm, where they provided executive support.

Additionally, they have experience as an Information Management Teacher at Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

Throughout their career, Jose has demonstrated leadership and management skills, as well as a strong focus on business intelligence, research, and technology implementation.

Jose Celorio completed their BA in Business Administration from Universidad de las Américas Puebla from 2002 to 2007. Jose then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the same university from 2007 to 2009.
