Alyssa Brennan, CSP

Alyssa Brennan, CSP has a strong background in residential leasing and marketing. Alyssa started their career as a Real Estate Agent at Prudential Castle Point Realty in 2002 before moving on to The Marketing Directors, Inc. in 2003 where they worked as a Sales and Leasing Manager for over 12 years. In this role, they successfully increased rental and purchase price values and was responsible for managing the negotiation process and sales team. In 2015, Alyssa joined Rose Associates where they served as the Director of Leasing and later as the New Development Leasing Manager. Alyssa oversaw the operations of all new development leasing offices, designed pricing models, and developed leasing strategies. In 2018, Alyssa joined Rockrose Development Corp. and held the positions of Vice President and eventually Senior Vice President of Residential Leasing and Marketing. Currently, they are also a Founding Member at Chief where they have been since 2019.

Alyssa Brennan, CSP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of New Hampshire. Alyssa has also obtained a certification as a Certified New Home Sales Professional, although the details regarding the institution and the year of obtaining are not provided.
