Cassandra Andino

Cassandra Andino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cassandra began their career in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant at The Marketing Directors, where they greeted and registered customers, answered phones, and assisted the sales manager. In 2012, they also started working as an ABA Therapist at the Paramus Board of Education, where they provided assistance to students with various tasks and worked with parents and families in community settings.

In 2015, Cassandra joined Rose Associates as a Leasing Coordinator, where they reviewed tenant leases, processed move-in/move-out forms, conducted presentations for prospective residents, and assisted with lease signings. Cassandra later took on the role of Administrative Assistant at Rose Associates, where they greeted and registered prospective tenants and input their information into the database.

In 2018, Cassandra joined Rockrose Development Corp. as a Leasing Specialist, responsible for leasing apartments and providing assistance to prospective residents. Cassandra later transitioned to the role of Marketing Coordinator, where they are currently responsible for marketing activities.
