Peter Donohoe has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Peter began their career with Olympia & York Companies as an Estimating Coordinator in 1986 and later became a Project Manager. Peter then worked at Shorenstein Realty Services as a Manager of Construction from 1992 to 1998. Donohoe joined Tishman Speyer in 1998 as a Project Manager before moving to Extell Development Company/New World Development Company in 2001, where they served as a Vice President - Senior Project Manager for Trump Place/Riverside South Development until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Rose Associates as the Director of Renovations and Capital Projects for Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town. Currently, Donohoe is the Vice President of Construction at Rockrose Development Corp., where they are responsible for the design coordination and construction of high-rise luxury rental buildings.
Peter Donohoe attended Boston University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The field of study for their degree is not provided.
