Paul Neiman

Paul Neiman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Manager at RockSol Consulting Group, Inc., since March 2022, Paul has provided valuable construction management services to the Colorado Transportation community. Previously, as a PE II - Resident Engineer at the Colorado Department of Transportation from November 2017 to March 2022, Paul oversaw significant projects, including the Project Director role for the I-25 S Gap Project. Paul's background also includes project management roles at the State of Colorado and military service as a helicopter crew chief in the US Army and Colorado Army National Guard. In addition to engineering, Paul successfully operated as a Mobile DJ/VJ for over three decades, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and entertainment fields. Academic credentials include studies at various institutions, culminating in an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on art studies.
