Anne Nygaard currently serves as the Global Talent Broker Lead for Global Talent & Succession at Novo Nordisk, a position held since April 2024. Additionally, since 2020, Anne has been an Advisor and Mentor for the AgriFood Program at Rockstart, an early-stage investor supporting founders in various sectors.
