Robert van Dortmond

Robert van Dortmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, mentorship, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Accendo Capital Managers since January 2016, Robert has also held positions as the Head of the International Mentor Team at One to Watch, an advisory board member for Ayn Rand Institute Europe, and a mentor at Rockstart. As a co-founder and board member of Clear Flight Solutions, Robert actively invests in startups, while also coaching entrepreneurship students at the University of Amsterdam Business School. Prior experience includes consulting at Egon Zehnder for nearly three decades and various management roles at Shell. Robert holds a master's degree in Engineering Physics from Delft University of Technology and has completed the Stanford Executive Program.
