Martin Lancaster

Martin Lancaster is an experienced narrative professional with a strong background in game storytelling. Currently serving as the Narrative Director at Playground Games since January 2018, Martin has previously held significant positions at Rocksteady Studios Ltd as both Lead Scriptwriter and Senior Scriptwriter from June 2013 to January 2018. Martin's early career included freelance work as a Writer from November 2012 to June 2013, and a Staff Writer role at Guerrilla Games between June 2011 and November 2012. With foundational experience as Lead Story Designer and Writer/Designer at Crytek from May 2004 to June 2011, Martin's academic credentials include a BA in Film and Literature from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
