Serena Crawford

Serena Crawford, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rockville Internal Medicine since January 2020, Serena oversees HR operations and collaborates with medical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care. Previous roles include Regional HR Generalist at PERI, where leadership and training were provided across multiple locations, and Regional HR Manager/Employee Advocate at Bell Nursery. Additional experience includes managing HR operations at the Youth and Family Services YMCA and coordinating admissions at Crossway Community. Serena's career began as a Business Owner at Serena's Styling Room and included restaurant management, during which turnover was significantly reduced. Serena holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
