Shawn Daniel

Shawn Daniel has worked in various roles in the construction and architectural design industry since 2004. Starting as an Autocad Draftsman for Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes), they then moved on to Project Design Coordinator roles for CASTLES DESIGN GROUP, P.C., Urban Architecture, and CRA ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, INC. In 2006, they became a Lead Architectural Designer at CSC. In 2007, they returned to Urban Architecture as a Project Design Coordinator. In 2008, they moved to American Stone Company Texa as a Drafting Manager. In 2015, they joined Urban Place Development as an Architectural Designer. In 2018, they joined Boxer Property as a Construction Manager and worked on projects to comply with budget goals and completed them on schedule and under budget. In 2021, they moved to Whitestone REIT as a Construction Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Rockwell Management Corp as a Commercial Project Manager.

Shawn Daniel received their Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the University of Miami School of Architecture in 1999. In 2017, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Texas.
