Katie Montgomery

Katie Montgomery is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance and fitness training. Since March 2022, Katie has served as an Executive Assistant at Foresite Capital, and has been in a similar role at Rockwood Capital since June 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Sales Assistant at JMP Securities from December 2012 to June 2019, and as a Personal Trainer at Club One from February 2011 to December 2012, where fitness assessments and tailored training programs were a focus. Earlier in Katie's career, a role as a Group Fitness Instructor at KU Fit was undertaken from 2009 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with an emphasis on Strategic Communication from The University of Kansas (2006-2010), as well as a brief study at the University of Iowa in Paderno, Italy, in 2009.
