Kashika Kollaikal is a seasoned professional in partnership management and program oversight, currently serving as Senior Partnerships Manager and previously as Grants Manager at Rockwood Leadership Institute since March 2023. Prior experience includes an independent consultancy role at Partners for Dignity & Rights, where support was provided for a year-end fundraising campaign. From September 2020 to March 2023, Kashika worked with Cycles Of Change as an Independent Consultant and Program Manager, overseeing a $300,000 bike safety education program that served 10,000 youth and leading a team of 10 staff members. Kashika holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wesleyan University.
