Federico Castelli

Federico Castelli is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as Amministratore Delegato at ROCKWOOL Italia since May 2022 and Regional Director for the ROCKWOOL Group, overseeing operations in several countries including Italy, Croatia, and Serbia. With a strong background in commercial excellence and product management, Federico has held various leadership roles, such as Group Vice President and Global Director, where responsibilities included digitalizing sales and product management practices. Prior roles include Country Manager and Project Director at European Energy A/S, and senior positions at DONG Energy, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, and Arthur D. Little. Federico holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Yale School of Management and a Laurea in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
