Henrik Gernow

Henrik Gernow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and category management. Currently serving as Global Category Director for CAPEX & MRO at ROCKWOOL Group since November 2012, Henrik oversees contracting and category management for production equipment, buildings, and spare parts, managing a team of 14. Previous roles at ROCKWOOL include Global Category Director for CAPEX and Head of Production Contracting. Prior to ROCKWOOL, Henrik held the position of Sourcing Manager at Nilfisk-Advance and Senior Sourcing Manager at Network Rail. With a background in management consulting and marketing roles at various blue-chip companies, Henrik holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
