Jeroen Hendricks

Jeroen Hendricks is an experienced manager in operations control, currently serving as Manager Operations Control for Central Western Europe at ROCKWOOL Group since October 2006, overseeing production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Previously, Jeroen held the position of Manager Production Control within Rockwool Benelux. Earlier roles include Business Line Controller at Philips Medical Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing four business lines for the Middle East, Africa, and Russia/Eastern Europe, and Plant Controller at Philips Lighting Dijon, managing a team of four. Jeroen began a career at Philips Lighting Roosendaal as Production Unit Controller, supervising a production unit with 300 employees. Jeroen holds a Doctoraal degree in Business Economics with a focus on controlling from Tilburg University, completed between 1993 and 1998.
