Paula Szymańska

Paula Szymańska's work experience begins in 2007 as an HR Consultant at Ainfosys Pty Ltd. Paula then worked as an HR Project Coordinator at European Work First from 2009 to 2011. After that, they served as an HR Coordinator at Personal Rekruter from 2011 to 2012. Paula then joined Hays, where they held various roles including Junior Resourcing Consultant, Resourcing Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Team Leader from 2012 to 2014. Following their time at Hays, they worked at Mars as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2014 to 2016, then as a Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2018, and finally as a P2P Indirect Manager from 2018 to 2020. Paula took a career break in 2020 and then joined the ROCKWOOL Group as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2022. Paula currently holds the position of Head of HR (400+ site) at the ROCKWOOL Group.

Paula Szymańska obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University, which they pursued from 2001 to 2006. In 2007, they enrolled in CQUniversity and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, which lasted until 2009. Furthermore, in 2020 and 2021, Paula obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Coaching from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Paula also received additional certifications, including Assessment Center I and Assessment Center II from Earnst & Young in 2009.
