Peter Sloth Vagner Karlsen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 1991, they began their career at GRUNDFOS, where they held various roles including Senior Development Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Plant Manager Pilot Plant, Technology Manager, Group Quality Director, General Manager, Vice President Global D&E, and Group Senior Vice President Global D&E. Peter Sloth Vagner was responsible for overseeing operations in multiple countries, managing large teams, and ensuring quality. In 2010, they joined Sparekassen Danmark Fonden Hals and served as a Board Member. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Board Member at several companies including Roblon A/S, Alldos, GRUNDFOS MANUFACTURING LIMITED, Grundfos Sensor A/S, and Grundfos Hongkong. In 2015, they became a Board Member of Hals Sparekasse. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at ROCKWOOL Group.
Peter Sloth Vagner Karlsen attended IMD in 2015 where they completed the BPSE - Programme in Senior Executive training. In 2012, they also attended The Wharton School for the LinKS@Wharton Strategic Leadership Program. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Aalborg University from 1982 to 1987. Peter Sloth Vagner completed their secondary education at Dronninglund Gymnasium from 1979 to 1982, focusing on Mathematics and Physics. Currently, they are pursuing Executive Board Education in Board education 2023-1 at CBS Bestyrelsesuddannelserne.
