Smiljana Hrvatin has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Regional Recruitment Expert for the ROCKWOOL Group since May 2006, with responsibilities encompassing multiple countries including France, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Romania, and Bulgaria. Smiljana has held various roles, including Global Process Owner Recruitment, where responsibilities included overseeing the global recruitment process and serving as project lead for employee engagement surveys. As a Human Resources Manager at ROCKWOOL, Smiljana successfully led the HR and occupational health and safety efforts for the establishment of a stone wool factory in Croatia, managing the hiring of 150 employees and developing HR systems. Prior experience includes an HR Specialist role at Holcim Hrvatska, where Smiljana managed talent acquisition and internal communications during the company's growth phase.
