Stephane Rousselot has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stephane started their career at Fujitsu, working as a Sales Area Controller and later as a Group Internal Auditor. Stephane then joined Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for France and later as the Financial Controller for France & Benelux. After that, they worked at Papyrus as the Finance Director for France. Stephane then moved to Xylem Inc., where they held multiple roles including the Finance, IT, and Purchasing Director for France and later as the West Europe Finance Director. Currently, they are the Regional Finance Director LAT (Southern Europe) at ROCKWOOL Group.
Stephane Rousselot completed their French Business School from ESSCA in 1994, where they studied Finance and Management Accounting Control Systems. Stephane also attained the Associated Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) degree from CIMA in 1999, specializing in Finance.
