Thomas Saillard

Thomas SAILLARD is an experienced project and production manager with a career spanning over a decade in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Project Manager for a new factory at ROCKWOOL Group since August 2014, Thomas has held various positions including Production Manager for both the L1/L2 and Raw Material Departments and Line Manager. Prior to this role, Thomas was Head of the Flocking Department at Fremach Izegem NV and worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Fremach. Thomas began the professional journey as a Trainee Production Engineer at Erasteel. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Engineering and Microtechnical Engineering with a specialization in Production from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM and an HND in Mechanical Engineering and Production from the Institute of Technology in Besançon.
