Hsin Jin Tang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. HSIN JIN, is currently the Head of Institutional Sales at RockX, a company involved in crypto-native staking and on-chain data access API. Previously, they worked at PointStar as the Business Development Lead for Strategic Accounts, Cloud Transformation & Change Management Lead, and B2B Cloud Sales Consultant in the SaaS sector. Before that, they were the Solo Founder of Drizzle & Sprink, a passion project focused on sourcing and distributing gourmet condiments. Early in their career, they served as a Premium Client Manager at CMC Markets Singapore, an FX Broker at BGC Partners, and an E-Trading Platform Account Manager at GFT Global Markets Asia. HSIN JIN, started their career as an FX & Commodities Analyst at Credit Suisse.

Hsin Jin Tang attended Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) from 1994 to 1997, where they completed their GCE O Level. HSIN JIN, then attended Anglo-Chinese Junior College from 1998 to 1999, earning their GCE A Level. In 2002, they enrolled in Singapore Management University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree, majoring in Finance. During their time at Singapore Management University, they participated in an International Exchange Program at The University of British Columbia in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Hsin Jin Tang has obtained multiple certifications. In 2008, they obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Level 1 certification from the CAIA Association. In 2012, they completed the Business Management in the Art World program at Sotheby's Institute of Art in Hong Kong. In 2013, they acquired the Bahasa Indonesia Elementary Level 1 certification from Inlingua and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 certification from WSET. In 2017, they completed the Google Customer Success: People & Process training from Google. In 2018, they obtained the Google Cloud Sales Fundamentals certification from Google and completed the FinTech Talent Programme offered by the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA). In 2019, they became a Certified Blockchain Professional through the IIB Council. In 2020, they completed the Professional Coach Training Program 1 offered by Executive Coach International. Finally, in 2021, they obtained certifications in Blockchain for Cross Border Payment from NTUC LearningHub and Digital Asset Compliance (Foundation) from the Global FinTech Institute.
