Samantha Wood is an Insights Analyst at Rocky Bay since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing customer experience principles, transforming data and research into actionable insights, and championing the voice of the customer. Prior to this role, Samantha gained experience as a Customer Experience Design Graduate at HBF Health and worked in various positions at Schneider Electric, including Inside Sales Support and Sales Intern from September 2019 to January 2021. Samantha's career began at Peter Alexander as a Retail Assistant from September 2015 to August 2019. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from The University of Western Australia, completed between 2017 and 2019.
