The Finance and Accounting team at Rocky Mount Family YMCA Inc is responsible for managing the organization’s financial resources, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards. This team, comprising a Staff Accountant, Treasurer, and Finance & HR Director, collaborates to maintain the YMCA's fiscal health, oversee payroll and benefits, and support strategic financial planning to further the organization's mission in the community.
