Mark Pavsek

Mark Pavsek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark is currently serving as the Sales Director for Canada at Rocky Mountain since March 2023. Prior to this, from January 2021 to March 2023, they worked as the Eastern Canada Alpine Sales Engineer at PRINOTH. From February 2016 to January 2021, Mark held the position of VP - General Manager Canada at Polar Electro Oy.

In their previous role at Merrell, Mark served as the Global Business Director for Merrell Footwear, where they provided strategic global product direction and managed the Performance Outdoor footwear product line. Mark also held the position of National Sales Director, responsible for all sales activities and personnel involved in sales in Canada. Additionally, Mark worked as the Key Account Manager, overseeing the management of all key accounts in Canada. Mark successfully optimized sales, negotiated vendor agreements, and built strong relationships with stakeholders.

Before joining Merrell, Mark was associated with Vanguard Piping Systems as the Manager for Eastern Canada from October 1999 to October 2006. In this role, they were responsible for promoting and educating the product line to various stakeholders and securing key wholesale accounts.

Mark's career commenced at REHAU, where they worked as a Sales Engineer from November 1993 to September 1999. Their responsibilities included designing Radiant Floor Heating systems, technical representation, and introducing the product line to industry professionals.
